Customer-appointed auditors have completed WCA, SQP, GSV, BSCI and SMETA assessments at the factory, and certificates were issued for each. FSC and RSPO cover the materials rather than the building: paper and wood for boxes and lids, palm-derived wax and ingredients.

That sequence is the useful part: these are audits commissioned by buyers, not a self-declaration published on a website.

The five audits overlap on purpose. One covers the shop floor, one the quality system, one security, and two the social and ethical side of the operation. The two certifications answer a different question: where the materials come from.
